Airport CDM data
This page lists the CDM settings for each BIRD airport. CDM uses these to calculate TSATs.
Departure rates and taxi times
| Airport | Runways | Departure rate per hour (normal / LVO) | Taxi time | Arrival rate (dashboard) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BIKF | 01/19, 10/28 | Single runway: 26 / 13 Dual runway (01+10 or 19+28): 46 / 21 | 10 min | 26 |
| BIRK | 01/19, 13/31 | 20 / 10 | 6 min | 18 |
| BIAR | 01/19 | 12 / 6 | 5 min | 12 |
| BGGH | 04/22 | 10 / 5 | 6 min | 8 |
| BGSF | 09/27 | 12 / 6 | 5 min | 8 |
| EKVG | 12/30 | 8 / 4 | 5 min | 10 |
What the columns mean
- Departure rate: how many departures per hour CDM spaces TSATs for. The LVO rate is used in low-visibility conditions.
- Taxi time: the time CDM allows from off-block to take-off. TSAT = take-off slot minus taxi time.
- Arrival rate: set on the CDM dashboard and used for arrival regulations (CTOTs for inbound flights). It is not used for TSATs.
BIKF runway configurations
BIKF's runways cross, so CDM uses one shared sequence when both are used for departures.
- Departures on one runway (01, 10, 19 or 28): 26 per hour.
- Departures on 01 and 10, or 19 and 28: 46 per hour, shared between both runways.
CDM picks the rate from the departure runways selected in EuroScope's runway dialog. Make sure the active runways are set correctly, or the rate will be wrong.
Changes to CDM files and data must be agreed with the BIRD facility staff.
